Banish Bingeing

If you are inclined to binge, the following quick tips could be of help for you to modify your behavior while you work on the emotions behind the bingeing.

  • Eliminate the ‘binge’ foods from your environment. (Don’t buy it – you can’t eat what isn’t there!)
  • Call a friend! (Who is willing to support you and who can you support?)
  • Play at a hobby! (Keep yourself occupied - - - boredom leads to bingeing)
  • Self care with your Bliss List (Take a relaxing bath, go to the gym, take a walk - - pamper yourself )
  • Decorate your fridge with images that motivate you! (How about a picture of you smiling, a picture of someone whose physique you admire, etc?)
