What does “organic have do with that? Organic foods reduce your exposure to pesticides and other chemicals that stress your liver. When the liver is overworked, you feel heavy and angry not better!
The two most expensive sources of non-organic are protein and the Dirty Dozen. The Dirty Dozen are the 12 fruits and vegetables carry the highest pesticide load and are the most important to get organic. They include apples, bell peppers, celery, cherries, grapes, nectarines, peaches, pears, potatoes, raspberries, spinach, and strawberries.
Identify an easy step to reach that desired outcome that is of interest to you. Save money, feel better and let it be easy!
