Cheryl Townsley

Cheryl Townsley, N.D., BBA, BS, sees the obvious that others miss – creating new paradigms of opportunity for health and wellness. Cheryl has worked with thousands of clients from around the world through her Lifestyle for Health Wellness clinic. She has authored 15 books, as well as hundreds of DVD and CD courses. Cheryl has appeared on over 1500 television and radio interviews, and has been the keynote speaker at many major events.
 
Cheryl combines her giftings of creative questioning and encouragement to coach others in creating and living their life-potential. The genius of Cheryl’s process is that it is simple. People actually do the process and are surprised when change happens and their lives are transformed.
 
Cheryl knows first-hand what it is like to lose health, finances, businesses, and be one step from ending a life – her own. After severe health challenges, Cheryl attempted suicide and had a complete breakdown. Overcoming those challenges and rebuilding her life, Cheryl stepped forward and began sharing her breakthroughs with thousands of people who were struggling with health and financial issues.
 
With success came new challenges and new opportunities. Cheryl let her passion to make a difference in the lives of others erode the balance and health she had created for herself. Her success began to consume her life. The result was diminishing health, rapid aging and no time for fun, family or friends. More importantly there was no time for Cheryl.
 
She realized that in all of her success, she had made the process of life too hard. Life had become busy fulfilling all of her obligations and was no longer fun. Applying creative questioning and encouragement to herself, she discovered that life can be hard or easy. Cheryl began applying two questions, “What do I most want to create?” and “What is the easy way?”
 
These two questions are now the foundation of Lifestyle for Health – a team committed to creating environments where people learn to grown and enjoy life.
