Flower Essences

Flower essences are dilute extracts of various types of flowers and plants that are used to support emotional and physical health.

Each essences supports various emotional states; click on a name to order.

Agrimony: supports mental anguish, and hiding behind a “brave face.”
Aspen: supports vague unknown fears, anxiety and apprehension.
Beech: supports those who are critical and intolerant of others.
Centaury: supports those who are unable to say “no” or who are easily imposed upon.
Cerato: supports those unable to make decisions without advice from others.
Cherry Plum: supports the fear of losing control of thoughts and/or actions.
Chestnut Bud: supports those who feel they need to learn by experience; who repeat the same mistakes over and over.
Chicory: supports those who think they always know just what’s right for others, and/or are possessive.
Clematis: supports those who are dreamy, absentminded, lack of attention and concentration.
Crab Apple: supports those with poor physical self-image, and/or who have feelings of shame and uncleanliness.
Elm: supports those with temporary feelings of inadequacy, and/or are overwhelmed by responsibilities.
Gentian: supports those easily discouraged, and/or those who deal with self-doubt and are pessimistic.
Gorse: supports those dealing with hopelessness and despair.
Heather: supports those who are obsessed with own troubles; are over-talkative, and/or unhappy when alone.
Holly: supports those who are suspicious, envious, vengeful, and hateful.
Honeysuckle: supports those who dwell in the past, on what was, and could have been.
Hornbeam: supports tiredness and fatigue. Those who get things done, but feel the need to be strengthened.
Impatiens: supports those who are impatient, fast paced, and irritable.
Larch: supports lack of self-confidence, or those who anticipate failure. 
Mimulus: supports the fear of known things (heights, the dark, being alone, etc.)
Mustard: supports deep gloom which comes and goes. Melancholia.
Oak: supports workaholics. Those who struggle despite obstacles, and/or neglect own needs and the needs of close others.
Olive: supports those dealing with complete exhaustion and weariness.
Red Chestnut: supports those overly concerned and worried for others, fearing the worst may happen.
Rock Rose: supports terror, extreme fright and panic. Nightmares.
Rock Water: supports those who are overly rigid and/or too strict to a particular belief or lifestyle.
Scleranthus: supports indecisiveness, those forever between choices.
Star of Bethlehem: supports current traumas, and/or past traumas not fully recovered from.
Sweet Chestnut: supports extreme anguish, and/or those who have reached the limits of endurance.
Vervain: supports those who “must always be right.” Those who are highly strung, easily incensed by perceived injustices, and/or always philosophizing.
Vine: supports natural leaders, who in the extreme can be domination and tyrannical.
Walnut: supports times of transition, eases the process of letting go and beginning anew.
Water Violet: supports loners, those who are proud and aloof, who have difficulty developing close relationships.
White Chestnut: supports those with persistent unwanted thoughts, mental chatter and associated sleeplessness.
Wild Oat: supports those dissatisfied with their career but undecided in what else to do; feeling that life is passing by.
Wild Rose: supports those who resign to circumstances, are indifferent and apathetic.
Willow: supports acute and/or long-term resentment and bitterness at having been treated unfairly.
