  • Actions become habits.
  • Habits become our life.
 Our thoughts create our lives, bodies and businesses.  The life you have now has been created by your thoughts, words, beliefs and habits.  Many of this was learned from other people – people that we may never want to emulate.  Choose your thoughts and words wisely because they shape your world.

A new experience will demand new thoughts to create it. To move from where you are to where you want to be will require that you think differently from the way you think now.  Discipline your mind…take your thoughts captive.  Let your thoughts work for you instead of against you.

Never speak what you don’t want more of.  Are you sitting around with your friends complaining about how bad things are? What you focus on expands. Do you really want more of that? What is capturing your attention? Energy flows where attention goes.   Put your attention on what you want to create.  Change your words and you will change your life!
