What Supplements Should I Take?

There are many supplements availalbe these days, but to make it easy you really only need to supplement the following areas of your diet:

Enzymes

Enzymes, the literal "life force" of every bodily function, are essential for health. LFH recommends enzymes as a critical supplement for the average person. Without these powerful biochemical catalysts, the body cannot function optimally, and life itself cannot continue. Enzymes are destroyed by modern food processing and cooking methods. Enzymes are key for digestion and assimilation of foods and supplements.

Essential Fatty Acids

 

Essential fatty acids are necessary because your body does not make them and they must come from your diet. Low fat diets often produce EFA deficiencies.
