The Disc personality profile helps you identify your personality strengths and weaknesses. Typically Dr. Cheryl uses this in her one-on-one coaching appointments. When you take the profile you immediately receive your report of results. However consulting time with Dr. Cheryl is additional and is not included in the DISC profile cost. When you order your profile "test" we'll email you back the link for your survey and you'll go to that link to complete your profile and receive your results report.
