The key to effective rebounding is the quality of your rebounder - you want one with a "soft bounce mat" and barrel springs.  Inexpensive, "hard bounce" mini-tramps found in most sporting good stores are not effective and may actually cause damage.

Our fold in half for easy storage - the legs fold up - and it all fits in a convenient carry case.  Maximum weight is 300 pounds (we can special order rebounders for people weighing over 300 pounds.  All parts are replaceable, giving you long lasting piece of great exercise equipment.
