Shake It Up Just For YOU!

 
The Vi-Shake has over a thousand different recipes. Whether you choose to do the 90 Day Challenge or simply enjoy the shake for a meal (or snack), the Body by Vi website gives you literally a thousand different ways to mix up your shake. No more boring "same old same old" shakes for you! Soon, you will be like all of us - - - looking forward to your next shake!
 
Here are some of our favorites. Simply start with the base and then add your favorite flavors. 
Base:
-         8-10 ounces of liquid (we use ¼ almond or SO brand coconut milk, ¾ water)
-         2 scoops of Vi-Shake
Peachy King
-         Base
-         3-4 slices frozen or fresh peaches
-         1-2 TBL of Barlean’s Mango Peach Swirl
-         If no Swirl, use the Vi Orange or Peach Flavor packet
-         Ice, optional (recommended if using fresh fruit)
Apple Pie
-         Base
-         1/3 c applesauce
-         Apple pie spice to taste (or cinnamon and nutmeg to taste)
-         Ice, optional, but recommended
-         Graham crackers if you like crust!
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
-         Base (use unsweetened chocolate almond milk in the base, chocolate milk)
-         3-4 frozen or fresh strawberries
-         1-2 TBL of Barlean’s Strawberry Banana
-         If no Swirl, use the Vi Strawberry or Chocolate Flavor packet
-         Ice, optional (recommended if using fresh fruit)
Pumpkin Pie
-         Base
-         1/3 c pumpkin pie mix (or use plain puree and add pumpkin spice to taste)
-         Ice, optional, but recommended
Chocolate Covered Almonds
-         Base (use unsweetened chocolate almond milk in the base, chocolate milk)
-         Vi chocolate flavor packet
-         1 heaping TBL of Maranatha dark chocolate almond butter (or plain almond butter)
-         Ice, optional
Hot Chocolate
-         Base (use unsweetened chocolate almond milk in the base, chocolate milk)
-         Vi chocolate flavor packet
-         Mix shake and then heat (I do it on top of the stove instead of microwave)
-         Nice, hot treat for the evening instead of cookies!
Blackberry Pie
-         Base
-         ¼ cup frozen or fresh blackberries
-         1-2 TBL of Barlean’s Blackberry Swirl
-         Ice, optional (recommended if using fresh fruit)
Latte - - -Iced or Hot
-         Base (can use ¼ c. cold coffee if you want a stronger coffee flavor)
-         Vi Cappuccino flavor packet
-         Ice for iced version
