It Was Recently Announced that Blood Type A's May be More Susceptible to Coronavirus
Having worked with blood type as a foundational variable in people’s health issues for over 30 years, this was no surprise to me.
Based on my experiences, here are a few of my top health tips based on your blood type.
General Health Vulnerabilities by Blood Type:
- As: It tends to be emotions and digestion
- Os: It tends to be inflammation and lungs
- Bs: It tends to be brain and hormones (thus adrenals)
- ABs: Tend to be more like an A or B - it varies by person

Recommendations for Blood Type Os:
- Support the reduction of inflammation through wise food choices (avoiding grains, dairy and sugar).
- Consider supplements that help reduce inflammation.
- Have a routine that includes regular breathing drills and activities to support lung health and capacity.
