It Was Recently Announced that Blood Type A’s May be More Susceptible to Coronavirus

Having worked with blood type as a foundational variable in people’s health issues for over 30 years, this was no surprise to me.
Based on my experiences, here are a few of my top health tips based on your blood type.
General Health Vulnerabilities by Blood Type:
  • As: It tends to be emotions and digestion
  • Os: It tends to be inflammation and lungs
  • Bs: It tends to be brain and hormones (thus adrenals)
  • ABs: Tend to be more like an A or B – it varies by person

  • Support the reduction of inflammation through wise food choices (avoiding grains, dairy and sugar).
  • Consider supplements that help reduce inflammation.
