Rebounding is one of the best forms of all-around exercise. It literally exercises every muscle in the body! It also serves as a form of resistance exercise that will support bone density health.
It can be enjoyed by people of all ages and athletic abilities. If balance is an issue, be sure to order the unit with the stabilizing bar.
The key to effective rebounding is the quality of your rebounder – you want one with a “soft bounce mat” and barrel springs. Inexpensive, “hard bounce” mini-tramps found in most sporting good stores are not effective and may actually cause damage.
Ours folds in half for easy storage – the legs fold up – and it all fits in a convenient carry case. Maximum weight is 300 pounds (we can special order rebounders for people weighing over 300 pounds. All parts are replaceable, giving you a long lasting piece of great exercise equipment.
