StayStrong Member Portal
Helping you stay right side up in an upside-down world.
Welcome to the Members Only section of our website. This area gives us the ability to talk with you more openly and completely about the health and lifestyle issues we are all facing today. Many of these topics and recommendations can not be offered in a public forum (the part of our website that is available to the public). It gives us the ability to speak with you and make recommendations without concerns over censorship because you have specifically asked for this information and paid to have access to it.

Frequent Urination
Lack of water, poor assimilation of water, being in fight/flight, hypothalamus stress and emotional stress can all impact frequent urination and dry skin.
Skin Issues
Eczema / Dermatitis This reflects inflammation of the skin that produces scaling, flaking, thickening, color changes and often itching. Often, the major contributor is allergic reactions.
Prostate Issues
The prostate is a walnut-sized gland at the base of the bladder that encircles the urethra (the tube through which urine is voided). When there is inflammation in the urinary tract or bowels, then prostate issues can occur.
Neck and Back Pain
Neck and Back – Nerves and Muscle Neck and back pain is a major problem in the U.S. It is the second most common reason for missing work, affecting four out of five people at some time in their life.
Headaches
Favorites to address pain: Optimal Acute (1-2/hourly, if nausea eat non-protein food). NASID use for pain has a harsh impact on the liver. Dr. Keller’s OGF (helps body make glutathione 6-9/day) reduces inflammation and increases energy.
Osteoporosis
Including osteopenia and low normal bone density Osteoporosis and its lesser conditions are a progressive loss of bone density and are often called the “silent killers” because they can go undetected until they are severe and fractures begin to occur.
Loss of Muscle
Sarcopenia is a condition characterized by loss of skeletal muscle mass and function. Although it was primarily a disease of the elderly, its development younger even to 35 year olds may be associated with lack of exercise.
Insomnia
Poor sleep is common, yet good sleep is GOLD in this season. Being able to easily go to sleep, stay asleep and wake refreshed is key for so many reasons. From 11 p.m. until 7 a.m., the brain and body are in detox mode.
Hormone Support
Under stress, the endocrine system is greatly impacted. That system includes but is not limited to the sex hormones, hypothalamus, pineal (sleep), pituitary, thyroid and adrenals.
