When NASA scientists realized that zero-gravity missions demineralized astronauts’ teeth, they began to look for a solution. Their research led them to hydroxyapatite, a naturally occurring mineral that makes up about 97% of tooth enamel.

Prebiotic power + mint
True to our roots, we’ve also included a botanical formula designed to augment the activity of the hydroxyapatite. Plus, natural mint-leaf extract is added to freshen breath.
The formulation includes a prebiotic blend of five botanicals (Chicory, Cranberry, Marshmallow, Slippery Elm, Larch Arabinogalactan) and one amino acid (L-Arginine). These prebiotics have been shown collectively to feed beneficial microbes and support a healthy pH in the mouth while inhibiting the growth of organisms responsible for oral dysbiosis.
Balance pH
Acids from food, beverages, or harmful bacteria can demineralize teeth and lead to dental caries or periodontal issues. Cranberry and L-arginine help neutralize harmful acids and balance oral microbiome pH.
Suggested Usage and Ingredients
Ages 3 and up, brush for 2 minutes using a small amount, 2 times per day. For optimal results, do not rinse after use to allow for contact time on enamel. Dentalmin PRO™ is naturally low-foaming.
