How they work:

Our skin naturally produces a neural response to any stimulus it encounters like cold, heat, or pressure. This response tells our brain and body to interpret and react to it. For instance, we touch a hot stove and immediately move our hand away from it. On each of our patches is something called Vibrotactile Technology or ‘VTT’ that Super Patch developed. This leading-edge tech stimulates our skin’s neural response when it contacts a patch’s contoured ridge pattern. Each product line we offer has a different, specially designed pattern that will trigger our brain and body to generate a desired benefit.

Patches can be worn for 24 hours before needing to be replaced. Patches for energy and movement are generally not worn at night. REM should be put on 1 hour before bed and be removed when you get up in the morning.

They are generally waterproof, but avoid putting them on where they will be exposed to sweat. Use smooth skin areas without hair and where there is not a lot of flexing/movement (joints). A couple of places that often work well: the forearm, around the ankle (1-2 inches above the ankle bone), shoulder, on the spine where it joins with the neck. Experiment to find the best spots on your body.
