Food Freedom – Part 1

Some foods work for our bodies, and some don’t. And each of us has differences, so what works for one may not work for you. The key is discovering what works for your body and then learning to take baby steps (keeping it easy) toward creating healthy eating habits that work for you!
First, we’ll look at the biblically clean and unclean foods. Then we’ll look at how food processing and genetically modified foods impact our health today. We will simplify the process to give you 12 easy steps to walk in Food Freedom.
