To solve the problem, we have to examine how the body creates energy. We need to know where and how the energy is or is not being made, and then we can work on solving the problem. We need to support the production of healthy energy while also tapping into the nervous system so that the body can heal, repair, and return itself to balance, the way God intended! Quick fixes only lead to more fatigue. What we want to do is support the body in creating energy the way it was intended to create energy:
- Support the health of the mitochondria
- Reduce inflammation and toxicity
- Improve sleep and quality rest time
- Adequate hydration – so easy to do . . . so easy not to do
- Spend time outside walking and breathing – doing what your body was created to do: walk, breathe, take in the sun, and truly relax in nature.
- Our dog, Abbi, continually reminds us of this—she insists on her daily walk around the duck pond, but there is no hurry; we pause, sit, look, breathe, and sometimes do a bit of sniffing too!
