The nitric oxide test uses a test strip to determine if your body is producing sufficient nitric oxide. Simply pool saliva on the tip of your tongue, dip the test strip in, and look at the color. What can you do?

We have found two different products that are effective in raising nitric oxide levels in a matter of days with the correct dose. BFF is a product that works 80% of the time. We recommend starting with two a day, dissolving the chewable tablets in water in the evening, and drinking in the morning. Chewing the tablets can create problems with the enamel on your teeth, so it is best to dissolve and drink the tablets.

Two test strips are included when you purchase BFF, so you can test your nitric oxide levels after five days of taking BFF. It is best to test before taking your morning dose.
