That may be causing weight gain

When I created my Inflammation Breakthrough Program a number of years ago, I was very surprised to discover that many of the common spices, that are in almost everyone’s kitchens, were causing inflammatory responses and weight gain for many of my clients!

But results don’t lie – I share some of those stories in today’s video – they were truly an eye-opener for me! If you’re struggling with weight loss, there might be a few tips in this video that are game-changers for you too!

Black Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Chili Powder
Fennel
Red Pepper Flakes
Paprika

Other less likely offenders, but still worth watching:

Basil
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Cloves
Garlic
Nutmeg
Oregano
Rosemary
Thyme
Turmeric

My favorite spices – my spice cabinet has become much simpler, but I haven’t given up great flavors in my cooking!

Green Peppercorns – seem to work for most everyone
Himalayan Pink Salt – so much more flavor than regular salt
Lake Shore Drive – order from TheSpiceHouse.com – this is my favorite all-purpose seasoning mix
Fox Point – basically identical to Lake Shore Drive – order from Penzeys.com

Be sure to read labels on salad dressings, spice mixes, and packaged foods!
