I often get asked, “What do you use on your skin?” or “What cosmetics do you use?” or “What shampoo do you use?”. I thought it might be helpful to share my favorites!
It is also important to remember that it is not just what you put on your skin and hair that can make a difference; it also includes the laundry soap and what you replace fabric softener with that can make a difference.
We also use a shower filter, New Wave Envro Shower Filter (about $40 on Amazon), so no chlorinated water is over our hair and skin.
Here are my current favorites (links for all are at the bottom of the article):
- Dr. Hauschka Cleansing Milk and Cleansing Cream
- Josie Moran Body Wash
- Whipped Argan Butter
- Thrive for cosmetics (mascara, foundation, eye shadow)
- Color the World blush stick, lipstick, and brow color
- When I first get up
- After showering and cleansing face on my face and my arms
- During the day for mental wake-up
- During video shoots (over make-up)
- Evening after cleansing my face and arms
* Before PrimaSkin, I used toner, serums (3), masks, retinol cream, intensive, creamy oil, vitamin C serum, night cream, eye cream, intensive creams. PrimaSkin has saved me about 75% on my skin care and I get better results plus the benefits of glutathione! AND YES, Forest uses this too – he usually sprays 2-3 times a day! We need to keep him looking young too!
